(Bricktown, NJ) – Save Barnegat Bay is pleased to present a celebration of the citizen effort to protect and restore Barnegat Bay, which was born at Traders Cove in Brick Township 44 years ago. "Rally for the Bay" will be held at Trader's Cove Park in Brick, NJ on Sunday, June 29th at 12:00 pm and will end at 7pm. This is a free and open to the public event.
Rally for the Bay is an event to celebrate the advances of the organization and bring the community more awareness to protect our bay.
The day will feature entertainment by some of the areas biggest talents Billy Hector, Eryn Shewell and the Whiskey Devils, Cindy G and the Rising River Bluegrass Band and Pat Karwin. Along with the musical entertainment, there will be local food offerings and low-key art and inter-active activities for families.
Family and friends are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the sun, local food offerings, entertainment and the bay itself.
Trader's Cove Park is located at 40 Mantoloking Road, Brick, NJ
