Old Library Theatre Presents The Great American Trailer Park Musical

(FAIR LAWN, NJ) -- There's a new tenant at Armadillo Acres and she's wreaking havoc all over Florida's most exclusive trailer park. When Pippi, the stripper on the run, comes between the Day-time-TV-loving, agoraphobic Jeannie and her tollbooth collector husband, the storms begin to brew. See what happens when the Fair Lawn Recreation Department's resident theatre company, Old Library Theatre (OLT), presents The Great American Trailer Park Musical.  Performances from July 24 through August 2.

The Great American Trailer Park Musical is a hysterical redneck romp through the white trash territory of Central Florida. Take adultery, strippers, crazed ex-boyfriends, Costco and the Ice Capades and what you have is one of the most laugh-out-loud shows you’ll ever see. This comic fable about women in a Florida trailer park and their no-account men is more fun than a chair-throwing episode of Jerry Springer set to music! Big-hearted, joyful and yes, even a bit vulgar, this show is like eating a bag of Doritos – you just can’t get enough!

WARNING: This show contains crude language, adult situations, ugly wigs, adultery, bad perms, spray cheese, tacky outfits, roadkill, and hysterical pregnancy! With music set to country rock, gospel, blues, and disco, it's everything a trash-talking musical should be!

Directed and Choreographed by Mollie Gash with Musical Direction by Jack Bender, the play stars Evan Tintle Charpentier (Jeannie Garstecki), Michael Ferentinos (Norbert Garstecki), Brianna Morris (Pippi), Brendan Hall (Duke), Maureen McNulty (Betty), Samantha Kaplan (Lin), and Andrea Thibodeau (Pickles).
