Hamilton Stage Presents Fourth Annual Kicking & Swearing One-Act Festival

(RAHWAY, NJ) -- Do you want to see something different in NJ theatre? Then join us for the Fourth Annual Kicking & Swearing One-Act Festival. The festival will be taking place from February 16 through February 18 at the Union County Performing Arts Center’s Hamilton Stage.

Kicking and Swearing IV International Theater Festival is a collaboration between Fearless Productions and the Union County Performing Arts Center. It is a weekend filled with original one-act plays by the most talented budding writers and directors in the world. Featuring original short plays, this year’s performances will have everything from comedy, tragedy, and sci-fi for two evenings and a matinee of spectacularly exciting theater.

The selected plays will be arranged into two groups and scheduled to be performed twice over three days with the corresponding title of “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” Evening performances will be held on February 16 for “Rock” and February 17 for “Paper”. The Sunday matinee “Scissors” will feature performances from both programs followed by a Q&A with the writers, directors, and casts. The event will be hosted by Dave McGrath. Playwrights include John Morris, Richard Fowler, Mike Dunn, Rob Sullivan, Joey Mandoza, Fred Dennhy, Dave Duncan, Lisa Black, and many more.

General admission tickets are available for purchase for $15 or $20 at www.ucpac.org/events. Tickets may also be purchased by visiting the Main Stage Box Office located at 1601 Irving Street in Rahway, NJ. The Box Office can be reached via email at boxoffice@ucpac.org or by calling 732.499.8226.
