(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- A great lineup of bands will perform on Saturday, March 25 at the Court Tavern to raise money for Elijah's Promise Soup Kitchen in New Brunswick. The night includes sets by New Politicians, Casino Sundae, Dinosaur Eyelids, and Finding Feebas. Admission is $10. The show starts at 8:00pm and is open to 21 and older.
Elijah's Promise is located at 211 Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick NJ. Since 1989, Elijah’s Promise has used food as a tool to alleviate hunger, empower lives and invite justice for the most vulnerable members of our Central New Jersey community. They operate a community soup kitchen, culinary arts school, catering business, pay-as-you-can café, and connect low-income individuals and families with social and health services. With the support of volunteers, donors and community partners, they serve more than 100,000 meals per year and train previously unskilled workers for careers in the food service industry.
The Court Tavern is located at 124 Church Street in New Brunswick, NJ.
