(BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ) -- The Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts will hold an Audition Workshop at the Performing Arts School (60 Locust Avenue, Berkeley Heights) on Saturday, March 14 from 1:00pm-2:30pm. Bryan Rudderow, conductor and director of NJYS Concertino Winds, Clarinet Ensemble, CL4tet and Summer Winds Camp, will provide insights and tips to help students prepare for a successful audition. The workshop is free and open to the public.
An experienced instructor and adjudicator, Rudderow’s students consistently place in Junior High School and High School Region, All-State, All-Eastern, and All-National Orchestras and Bands. Select participants will be invited to prepare a mock audition. Students must sign up by March 7 to attend the workshop at www.WhartonArts.org. For more information, call (908) 790-0700.
