NJPAC Adds Second Performance Of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire LIVE in Concert

(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) has added a second performance of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire Live in Concert. Don’t miss the fourth installment of Harry Potter in Concert when NJPAC hosts the full-length film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, projected in high-definition on a giant screen, with Oscar-nominated composer Patrick Doyle’s masterful score performed live by the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, October 27 at 2:00pm & 7:30pm.

In J.K. Rowling’s fourth adventure in the Harry Potter series, our title hero is mysteriously entered into the Triwizard Tournament, a grueling contest among three wizarding schools in which he confronts a dragon, water demons, and an enchanted maze – only to find himself in Lord Voldemort’s grasp. All will change when Harry, Ron and Hermione leave childhood forever and face challenges beyond their imagining.

Since its debut on the page and then on the big screen, the magical Harry Potter series has reached hundreds of millions of people around the world, making it one of the most beloved franchises in entertainment history. The rich tapestry of music composed for Goblet of Fire by Patrick Doyle (BraveSense and Sensibility) brought fresh emotional gravitas to the series, with darker melodic undercurrents as Harry Potter, Ron, and Hermione face their new adventures. For his effort, Doyle won both the International Film Music Critics Award and the ASCAP Film & Television Music Award.

Tickets range from $35 to $85. NJPAC is located at One Center Street in Newark, New Jersey.
