Kenny Rogers Brings "The Gambler's Last Deal Final World Tour" To Morristown

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- For nearly six decades, Kenny Rogers has endeared music lovers around the globe with his amazing songs, heartfelt performances, distinctive voice, gift for storytelling and universal appeal. He brings "The Gambler's Last Deal Final World Tour" with special guest Linda Davis to Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown on Friday, September 16 at 8:00pm.  Leanne Weiss opens the night.

The Country Music Hall of Fame member and pop superstar performs from his extensive catalog that includes 24 number one hits including “The Gambler,” “Lucille,” "Coward of the County,” “Ruby, Don’t Take Your Love To Town," “Lady," "Islands in the Stream," and "She Believes In Me.”

The first country artist to consistently sell out arenas, Rogers has played to millions of fans around the world. Incredibly, he has charted a record within each of the last seven decades (’50s, ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, 2000’s, 2010’s). He has sold more than 120 million albums worldwide, making him one of the Top Ten Best Selling Male Solo Artists of All Time, according to the RIAA. Rogers has won many awards for his music and charity work, including three GRAMMY Awards, 19 American Music Awards, 11 People’s Choice Awards, eight Academy of Country Music Awards, six Country Music Association Awards (including the CMA Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013) and the Artist of a Lifetime Award at the CMT Artists of the Year 2015 award show.

The New Jersey Clearwater Festival to Return to Asbury Park Labor Day Weekend

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The New Jersey Friends of Clearwater (NJFC) has announced that they are returning to Asbury Park on Labor Day Weekend August 31 and September 1, 2024 for their 49th Annual NJ Clearwater Festival. The celebration of the environment with music, song and information about how to protect it is the state's largest eco-festival. Hours are 1:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday and 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday.
