(SEWELL, NJ) -- Celebrate A Night on Broadway with Billboard Top 100 singer/songwriter Doreen Taylor as she hosts her largest bash to date at Proof Productions in Sewell on Wednesday, July 25th from 7:30pm to 11:00pm. Admission is free with complimentary food by gourmet chef Geoff Johnson, complimentary beer and wine. There will be a DJ, dancing, special celebrity guests, giveaways and a live performance by Taylor.
As an award winning artist, Doreen Taylor has an extensive performance background with degrees in opera and vocal performance. After years in musical theatre, she made her mainstream music debut with the her album, Magic. Taylor has since been featured in many media outlets, including CBS, NBC, FOX News, CW Network, Ok!TV, and the Lifetime Network. She takes pride in using her platform to stand as a passionate advocate for a variety of charitable causes including, The US National Parks, GLAAD and The Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Suggested donations in any amount at door for the event on July 25th will be greatly appreciated and will help raise money for Doreen’s biggest project ever, which will be announced at the event.
Taylor made the leap from a country singer/songwriter to a seasoned adult contemporary artist with her new album, Happily Ever After. The debut single, “TOY,” charted on Billboard's Top 100 and reached #31 on the Adult Contemporary Chart after receiving regular airplay on radio stations nationwide.
Most recently, Doreen created and starred in the new musical An Enchanted Evening: A Night with Oscar Hammerstein which had a highly successful limited engagement Off Broadway in 2017.
Theatre fans can come dressed as their favorite character in Broadway musical theatre history to have a chance to win $100 in the costume contest at the bash. Participation in the contest is optional.
