Cape May Stage Presents A Fall To Remember Virtual Broadway Series

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- With Regional and Broadway Theaters taking an unexpected intermission, Cape May Stage has pivoted to ensure the spirit of Broadway theater continues to bring joy and love for theater by bringing Broadway directly to you. They have taken this new opportunity to bring Broadway to people all around the world – from fans who have seen every show and to those who have never been able to. Beginning October 2nd, Cape May Stage presents A Fall To Remember Virtual Broadway Series.

Shows are available for purchase and include a one week streaming period.  All shows are available for preorder today.

Adam Pascal: The Journey
Available October 2, 2020 at 8:00pm ET
Join them for this intimate acoustic performance with Adam Pascal as he tells the story of his Broadway journey so far. From his first auditions and how he got into musical theatre to his many starring roles on Broadway, Adam shares performances and inside secrets from all of his hit shows. This special “bedroom performance” was created for Cape May Stage and isn’t available anywhere else. 



 

Jarrod & Kelli: I Got You Babe
Available October 16, 2020 at 8:00pm ET

Jarrod and Kelli take a walk down memory lane performing songs that shaped their careers and relationship. Jarrod Spector (Jersey Boys, Beautiful) and wife Kelli Barrett (Wicked, Doctor Zhivago) make audiences fall in love with them as they relay how they fell in love in this very special Virtual Concert.

You're All The World To Me:A Musical Travelogue from Porter to Puccini

Anna Bergman “thrills you with the sheer aural sensation of her voice” (The Wall Street Journal) and has been hailed by The Washington Post as “a vocal citizen of the world who triumphs in everything from Broadway tunes to opera arias and the sultry innuendoes of the cabaret chanteuse.” Anna is an acclaimed cross-over vocalist and an actor who enjoys a career in concerts, theatre, opera, cabaret, with music festivals, symphony orchestras, on recordings and on television.

Virtual Reading of Rasheeda Speaking by Joel Drake Johnson
Thursday, October 8th at 6:00pm

Joel Drake Johnson’s incendiary new play examines underlying racism in the workplace, white guilt and the manipulation of women by men in power. Rasheeda Speaking is a shocking dark comedy that keeps you in its claustrophobic grip until the final moment, proving that nothing in Middle America is ever truly black or white.

Rasheeda Speaking features: Dr. David Williams played by J. Max Baker; Ileen Van Meter played by Annie Edgerton; Jaclyn Spaulding played by Chase Jackson; Rose Saunders played by Marlena Lustik; Stage Directions by Mitchell Malnati; and Directed by Roy Steinberg

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Asbury Park Theater Company presents The Mountaintop by Katori Hall from May 10-19, 2024 at the Jersey Shore Arts Center. The Mountaintop examines Martin Luther King Jr.'s last night on earth, set entirely in Room 306 of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, TN.
