(VOORHEES, NJ) -- Everyone’s favorite, practically perfect nanny takes the stage in Voorhees Theatre Company’s “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” production of Disney’s Broadway musical, Mary Poppins. This musical adventure will be performed at The Voorhees Schools Theater at Voorhees Middle School, 1000 Holly Oak Drive, Voorhees, New Jersey on Thursday, October 29 @ 7:30 pm, Friday, October 30 @ 7:30 pm, Saturday, October 31 @ 1 pm, and Sunday, November 1 @ 2 pm. Tickets are $ 15 each, and may be purchased at the box office (for hours please call 856 206 3554) or through the VTC website (www.voorheestheatre.org .) All seats are reserved.
Prior to the performance on Saturday October 31, there will be a Tea Party @ 11:00 am featuring crafts, songs, food and treats! Tickets for the Tea Party are $5 each and can be obtained at the box office or on the VTC website. The October 31 performance will also feature a Costume Parade during intermission! Bring the family in costume before you head out to Trick or Treat.
Disney’s Mary Poppins the Broadway Musical, has won 7 Tony awards, including Best Musical, is filled with beloved songs such as ‘A Spoonful of Sugar’,’ Let’s Go Fly A Kite’ and ‘Chim Chim Cher-ee’. Experience the magic as Mary Poppins flies in on the wind and across the VTC stage! This all age cast is sure to delight audience members of all ages as well.
