(SUMMIT, NJ) -- Vivid Stage, in residence at Oakes Center, will present its annual Meet the Artist new play reading series on Wednesdays, May 6, 13, 20 and 27. This year includes works by Brad Goren-Wilson, Vince Gatton, Erin Mallon, and Elizabeth Irwin. All readings will take place at the Summit Community Center (100 Morris Ave) at 7:00pm.



(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents Majah Hype, internationally celebrated as the "Caribbean King of Comedy," at the Victoria Theater's Lizzie & Johnathan Tisch Stage on Saturday, May 30, 2026. He will be performing shows at 6:30pm and 9:00pm.

(TRENTON, NJ) -- The Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie presents African American Abstractions: Artists' Roundtable on Sunday, April 26, 2026 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.



(SUMMIT, NJ) -- The Gallery at the Summit Free Public Library will present Impressions of Alaska, a twenty-piece exhibition by New Providence artist Zenia Olesnyckyj, from May 1 through June 30, 2026. The exhibition is presented by the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey's Members' Committee and the Summit Free Public Library. Admission is free and open to the public during regular library hours.
