Bon Jovi
"Bed of Roses"
Released in 1992
Bon Jovi is one of the biggest rock bands to ever come from New Jersey. They started out as a true hard rock band, but morphed into a more mainstream rock sound over time.
It's hard to put into words just how big the Slippery When Wet album was when it came out. It took Bon Jovi from a few regional hits into superstardom within a few months.
Props go out to the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation that runs several JBJ Soul Kitchens throughout the state - non-profit Community Restaurants that serve paying and in-need customers.
Bon Jovi was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
