Black 47
"Funky Ceili (Bridie`s Song)"

Released in 1991

Black 47 was a rock band from New York City with a distinctive Irish sound. They are best known for the song "Funky Ceili".

The band was led by Larry Kirwan who has also released solo albums and been involved with theatre - including receiving a Tony Award nomination for "Paradise Square".
