Anjelia
"Forever Gone"

Released in 2011

Anjelia (Pelay) was an artist from New Jersey who passed away in 2020 at the age of 34.  We sometimes talked about our health issues together, since they were similar. She suffered from Lupus and me with MS.  I miss those conversations.  In addition to music, she had dreams of being an actress - even moved out to California to pursue both avenues. Her music ranged from pop to country.

I first interviewed Anjelia in 2011 when her debut full-length CD was coming out.  That interview can be found here.

In 2015, I interviewed her again after she moved to California and became a country artist. That interview can be found here.

After she died in 2020, I put together a tribute to her with quotes from several of her musician friends and bandmates.  That article is available here.
