Jersey Shore based Jon Caspi always had a bit of a punk edge to his musical tastes and creating The First Gun band let it come to the forefront. I think because there were always hints of punk before, he never lost any fans - he just gained some new ones. "The DJ" song on this album was used as the opening riff to my radio show.
