The Alarm is a band from Wales led by Mike Peters. They've been one of my favorite bands ever since the mid 1980s. The original band broke up in the early 1990s with Mike going solo. He began recording and performing under The Alarm name again in the 2000s. This album was released during a very strong creative period. The songs had a modern vibe with hints of the past band; together they found a groove of their own.
