The Alarm is a band from Wales led by Mike Peters. They've been one of my favorite bands ever since the mid 1980s. This would be the swan song for the original band. There are several really good songs on this one, but I think this record is often overlooked due to the band's break up at the time. Ironically, one of the very best is called "Moments In Time".
