Sammy Hagar
"I Can't Drive 55"

Released in 1984

Sammy Hagar is a musician from California who sang lead for Montrose and Van Halen. He's also released a ton of solo albums, but is most known for this song. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Van Halen in 2007.
