Glen Burtnick is an artist from New Jersey that I always thought should have been the 'next one' from Jersey. He scored a minor hit with this track. I still remember the video shoot in Philadelphia - it was the first time I ever saw a video being made. And the first time I heard a song played about 15 times straight LOL.
