U.S. Rails is a band from Philadelphia that began shortly after 4 Way Street disbanded. Essentially the same group (Ben Arnold, Scott Bricklin, Joseph Parsons, and Matt Muir) added Tom Gillam and changed their sound slightly - a bit more Americana.
The band continued to release albums and do mini-tours even after Bricklin and Parsons moved to Europe. Eventually Parsons left the band, but U.S. Rails still goes on.
