Lou Reed and John Cale (former bandmates with The Velvet Underground) put out this wonderful record in honor of Andy Warhol. It's a bit like a mix of art rock and spoken word poetry. I love the lyrics throughout the album.
Both were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as members of The Velvet Underground in 1996. Lou Reed was inducted as a solo artist in 2015.
