(RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ) -- The annual Bergenstock Music Festival, a celebration of original music from Bergen County, returns to the Overpeck County Park Ampitheater in Ridgefield Park on Sunday, September 25 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.  The free festival features songwriters and original bands hailing from Bergen County, covering a wide array of musical genres including pop, rock, and R&B.

The 2022 lineup brings back from last year’s inaugural installment the bands Echo Road and Ginny Lackey & the Hi-Fi Band, as well as Bergen Community College music professors and songwriters Andy Krikun and Dan Sheehan.  New to the lineup this year are Pop Alma, Kayla “Kaymars” Vasquez and Camino Walker featuring Daniel Tineo.

While the 2021 festival was presented in an unplugged/stripped format, for 2022 the performers will play with full bands.  Also augmenting the festival this year will be food trucks serving a variety of cuisines.

The event is sponsored by The Puffin Foundation, Bergen Community College, the Investors Bank Foundation and the Bergen County Parks department.
