(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- This fall, four acts that defined the sound of the 80s, 90s and beyond take the Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) stage this Fall. Four concerts, four different genres, but one common theme: enduring music, performed live and as powerful as ever. Toad the Wet Sprocket strips their alt-rock radio staples down to an intimate acoustic set. The Mavericks come together for a heartfelt tribute to the late Raul Maolo, the voice behind their legendary sound. Geoff Tate, the voice of Queensryche, performs the progressive metal landmark Operation: Mindcrime in its entirety. And 10,000 Maniacs continue to deliver the poetic, lush songs that took them from college-radio royalty to the top of the charts.

Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:30pm - Toad the Wet Sprocket: Rings: The Acoustic Tour with Willy Porter. Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 8:00pm - The Mavericks & Friends. Great songs endure, even when their original vocalists are no longer here to sing them. There's no replacing a once-in-a-generation talent like Raul Malo, who passed away in 2025, but there is a way to honor the music he left behind. That's why The Mavericks are returning to the road, performing classics for the fans who helped make those songs legendary. The Mavericks & Friends feature a decade-spanning version of the band, along with guest singers Emily West and James Otto. Tickets range from $45 - $101.
Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 8:00pm - Geoff Tate’s Operation Mindcrime. Multi-platinum selling, Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Geoff Tate is best known for his 30-plus years as the creative and driving force behind the progressive metal band Queensryche. Tickets range from $45 - $79.
Thursday, November 19, 2026 at 8:00pm - 10,000 Maniacs. One of the most influential bands to emerge from the alternative-rock scene, 10,000 Maniacs have captivated audiences for over four decades with their poetic lyrics, lush melodies, and unforgettable live performances on songs such as “These are Days,” “More Than This,” “Trouble Me,” and “Candy Everybody Wants.” Led today by the powerful voice and viola of Mary Ramsey alongside founding members Jerome Augustyniak (drums), John Lombardo (guitar), Dennis Drew (keyboards), and Steven Gustafson (bass), the Maniacs continue to bring their rich songbook to life onstage with passion and authenticity.
