James Dalton to read "Ginsberg's Howl" with the Ginsberg Beat Connection on Monday at the Philadelphia Fringe Festival

(PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- New Jersey artist James Dalton will read "Ginsberg's Howl" with the Ginsberg Beat Connection on Monday, September 14th at The Rotunda as part of the 2026 Philadelphia Fringe Festival. The event takes place at 7:00pm.

In celebration of Ginsberg’s 100th birthday, come experience a fresh new take Allen Ginsberg’s iconic poem “Howl” featuring performer and raconteur James Dalton.

Join them as they explore sonic territories in jazz, blues and noise with highly emotional interpretations of the text.

Tickets are $15 ($10 for students and seniors) and are available for purchase online. This event is appropriate for ages 18+. The Rotunda is located at 4014 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, PA.

Ginsberg Beat Connection Is a revolutionary ensemble featuring a revolving membership of Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York international musicians that have been on the cutting edge of the most creative music of our times playing, producing or recording with some of the most innovative and influential artists in the music industry.
