
(SURF CITY, NJ) -- The Friends of the Island Library will have a two-day book sale event from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the Long Beach Island Branch of the Ocean County Library.
Book donations will be accepted on Thursday, September 17 from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
All proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Island Library. The Friends of the Library are a vital community resource that provides local support for Ocean County Library’s branches. Funds are used to expand programming at branches and support ongoing projects.
The book sale is open to all ages.
