Zimmerli Art Museum Highlights Rutgers' Historic Role in U.S.-Japan Exchange

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- The latest exhibition at the Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University-New Brunswick traces the cultural exchange between Japan and the United States starting from the mid-19th century to the present. The exhibition runs from September 9 through February 14, 2027.

Biv is a guarantor of inclusiveness, and curators Jenna Geiger and Keith Van Pelt made good on that promise by inviting scores of old favorites to contribute work to "Summer in the City," the gallery's volatile tenth anniversary show. But rainbows also come in the wake of downpours. They're a testament to atmospheric turbulence - the gleaming crowns worn by the storm king.
