
(NEWARK, NJ) -- Comedian Brandon Collins (New York Comedy Festival) brings his critically acclaimed Drunk Black History to the Newark Culture Club on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 9:00pm for a special event to celebrate the stories of untold Black historical figures and events! It's a one-of-a-kind, booze-fueled deep dive into the untold stories of Black history.
Featuring a stellar lineup of comedians, podcasters, writers, and experts who are hilariously tipsy while recounting the stories of overlooked figures and moments in Black history, this isn't your typical history lesson. Expect laughs, unexpected twists, and fascinating facts about how Black culture has shaped the world. It's the Daily Show meets Drunk History with a live audience!
Joining host Brandon Collins on stage will be Sibo (Montclair Comedy Festival), Neffi Walker (Founder of "The Black Home"), Alexandra Hill (Lyrics Matter), and more!
