(DOVER, NJ) -- Dover Little Theatre presents Fun Home weekends from June 5-20, 2026. Adapted from Alison Bechdel's groundbreaking graphic novel, Fun Home is a refreshingly honest, wholly original musical about seeing your parents through grown-up eyes.
Fun Home is a raw, funny, and deeply moving musical memoir in which Alison looks back on her childhood and her complicated bond with her brilliant, closeted father. As past and present collide, she pieces together love, identity, and the truths families keep hidden. It features Music by Jeanine Tesori; Book and Lyrics by Lisa Kron.
The production features Direction and Music Direction by Jacob Cutchis-Wood.
The cast includes Amanda Thompson (Adult Alison), Richard Taylor Pearson (Bruce), Amanda Jimenez (Medium Alison), Brooke Olivia Ginsberg (Small Alison), Kim Urba (Helen), Bill Wagstaff (Roy), Cassee Commoreto (Joan), Kendal Walls (Christian), and Natalie Baskin (John).
Performances take place Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00pm and Sunday matinees at 2:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. The theater is located at 69 Elliot Street in Dover, New Jersey.
