(ROSELLE PARK, NJ) -- The Roselle Park Arts Festival, a free community-wide celebration of the arts, will return Saturday, April 25, 2026, bringing artists, live music and family-friendly activities to downtown Roselle Park.
The festival, which returns after taking 2025 off as it shifted from a fall to spring event, will feature professional visual artists, artisan crafters, musicians and performers from Roselle Park and throughout New Jersey and the New York region. At the heart of the festival is a juried Art Walk, where 65 artists will exhibit and sell original work in a lively, walkable setting.
Throughout the day and into the evening, attendees can enjoy live music, dance performances and a student art exhibition. The event will also offer hands-on creative activities for children and adults alike, including crafts, a kazoo lesson, chalk drawing, painting and spin art.
Food trucks and local vendors will be on site offering a variety of culinary options.
This year’s art available for purchase includes maps made from discarded and expired license plates, 3D miniature dioramas using repurposed materials, handmade witches’ brooms, African heritage jewelry, handmade plushies, a wide range of paintings and photography, on-the-spot caricatures and much more.
Musical acts scheduled to perform include singer-songwriter Nini Iris, who was a semifinalist on Season 24 of “The Voice”; Roselle Park–based Latin band Los 9 del Sabor; and Americana/alt-folk band Widely Grown, among others playing across two stages.
“Roselle Park Loves Arts, along with our sponsors and volunteers, is excited to bring the festival’s vibrant energy back to Chestnut Street,” said Kristy Chatelain, president of Roselle Park Loves Arts Inc., the nonprofit group that organizes the festival. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for New Jerseyans to immerse themselves in all forms of art and even take some home with them.”
The festival will run from noon to 7:00pm on Chestnut Street between Charles Street and Webster Avenue in downtown Roselle Park.
The Roselle Park Arts Festival is made possible in part by a 2026 HEART (History, Education, Arts Reaching Thousands) Grant from the Union County Board of County Commissioners. The event is sponsored by the Borough of Roselle Park, Breakwater Dispensary and Meridia. The Union County Board of County Commissioners also provides the bandwagon used for the main stage at Michael J. Mauri Park.
