(MONTCLAIR, NJ) -- The official ribbon cutting for Christie's International Real Estate Group's Wright Group Gallery, in the 1920's Hall Building, located in the heart of historic Montclair, NJ, at 46 Church Street, took place on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

Gallery owners Curtis and Erica Wright, both award winning brokers with the esteemed Christie's brokerage firm, selected internationally recognized contemporary artist John Ransom Philips for the inaugural exhibition. This is the global premier of Phillips series, "Born to Remember" which was inspired by NJ icon Bruce Springsteen's autobiography Born to Run. A portion of art proceeds will benefit the Bruce Springsteen Center for American Music, in West Long Branch, NJ.

The Wrights' mission is to bridge the worlds of fine art and luxury real estate in this renovated space. Not only brokers, but also selected as Brand Ambassadors for Christie's, the Wrights are liaisons to the legendary auction house and work seamlessly with clients on both their real estate portfolios and personal collections. The collegiate Gothic-style Hall Building is exclusively represented by The Wright Group with the gallery on the street level. The Wrights partnered with premier designer Rachael H. Grochowski of RHG Architecture + Design to create a space that provides an elevated atmosphere for both the fine art gallery and their luxury real estate services.

Built in 1925, by C. Maurice Hall, this collegiate Gothic-style commercial building is one of Montclair's most renowned properties, widely referenced in popular culture, having been featured in numerous commercials, newspapers, and even as a backdrop in the hit HBO series The Sopranos. Situated in the heart of Montclair Center on Church Street, the property is instantly recognizable by its distinctive turret, striking brick façade, elegant arched windows and doorways, and vibrant stained-glass details.

The second floor of this historic building has two light-filled spaces available for lease. One space, 40 Church Street, is a creative/open concept space, of 1,400 sq. ft., which has tremendous character with exposed brick and original stained-glass windows. It has been recently renovated with mechanical and aesthetic upgrades. 42-26 Church Street, 2,600 sq. ft., has a more traditional office feel with executive suites, several private offices, conference room, reception area and exquisite details such as extensive custom millwork, stained glass windows, and ornately carved fireplaces, divisible to 1,300 sq. ft.
