Villagers Theatre's Minature Musical Makers presents "The Wizard of Oz"

(SOMERSET, NJ) -- Villagers Theatre's Minature Musical Makers presents The Wizard of Oz with four performances from December 4-6, 2025. The musical follows Dorothy Gale's journey from Kansas to the Land of Oz after a tornado whisks her away with her dog Toto.

Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion, who join her on her quest down the Yellow Brick Road, to meet the Wizard of Oz and find a way home. Hindered during her journey by The Wicked Witch of the West, and aided and comforted by Glinda The Good Witch.

Performances are Thursday, December 4 at 7:30pm; Friday, December 5 at 7:30pm; and Saturday, December 6 at 2:00pm & 7:30pm. Tickets are $15 and available for purchase online. Villagers Theatre is located at 515 DeMott Lane in Somerset, New Jersey.

The Wizard of Oz was written by L. Frank Baum and John Kane. It features Lyrics and Music by Harole Arlen & E. Y. Harburg.
