CDC Theatre presents "FROSTED" - A Frozen Fairytale Parody

(CRANFORD, NJ) -- CDC Theatre presents FROSTED - A Frozen Fairytale Parody across two weekends from December 5-14, 2025.  FROSTED is an energetic, interactive parody musical for the whole family.

Loosely based on ​The Snow Queen by Hans Christian Andersen, this holiday journey is a treat for the entire family! It pokes fun at all things pop-culture - from snow-people and the princesses who love them, to 80s and 90’s music to life in New Jersey ... and all things in between! With a 'happily ever after' for all and songs everyone loves, this festive family musical will appeal to grownups and kids of all ages. 

The cast includes Dania Davie (Nanny Plotz), Elyssa Loughlin (Queen Adele), Alissa Valiante (Princess Hannah), ​Jessi Baden (Flakey), ​Betty Mack (Loofah), ​James Hahn (The Puke of Sniffleton), ​​Elvin Yang (Ben), ​Ami Martino (Ann), ​Sean Kelly (Jerry), ​Jordyn Sava (Real-Fun-Zel), ​Karen Carratura (Mrs. Beauty d’Beast), Melyssa Searcy (Bariel, the Little Mermaid), ​Brian Nigro (Prince Dandini), and the members of The Royal Court of Annandale (Andrea Lopez, Jenna R., Meghan Albright).

Performances take place Friday, December 5 at 8:00pm; Saturday, December 6 at 11:00am & 4:00pm; Sunday, December 7 at 2:00pm; Friday, December 12 at 8:00pm; Saturday, December 13 at 11:00am & 4:00pm; and Sunday, December 14 at 2:00pm.  Tickets are available for purchase online. CDC Theatre is located at 78 Winans Avenue in Cranford, New Jersey.

Accessible parking is available and the theater is equipped with one wheelchair accessible restroom in the main lobby. Wheelchair accessible seating is available. CDC Theatre is committed to making its facilities accessible to all their patrons.
