(HAMPTON, NJ) -- Hunterdon Hills Playhouse presents Never Too Late by Sumner Arthur Long from September 16 through October 18, 2025. This is a hilarious farce about a man in his fifties who suddenly learns he’s about to be a father again.
It’s been 24 years since his daughter was born, and he is a little reluctant to repeat this process. Adding to this shock, his normally meek wife suddenly begins laying down the law around the house. You can image the non-stop laughs that this situation presents.
Performances take place Monday through Saturday at 11:30am and Sundays at 2:30pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. Hunterdon Hills Playhouse is located at 88 Route 173 West in Hampton, New Jersey.
Note: Tickets include show, table-served entrée, dessert, coffee, hot tea, tax and gratuity.
Never Too Late opened in New York City on November 27, 1962 and would go on to run for just over 1,000 performances. It was nominated for two Tony Awards. A film version was released in 1965 starring Paul Ford and Maureen O'Sullivan.
