(PARAMUS, NJ) -- Westfield Garden State Plaza (GSP) will honor Hispanic Heritage Month on September 19, 2025 with the return of Salsa Night, featuring world-renowned Latin performer Tito Puente, Jr., son of legendary mambo musician Tito Puente. Following the success of the mall's inaugural Salsa Night in 2024, this year's event has been expanded to deliver an even more vibrant and immersive cultural experience. Admission is free.

The second annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration will take place outside near Fogo de Chão and Seasons 52 and will feature two 45-minute live performances by Tito Puente Jr. and his 10-piece orchestra at 6:30pm and 7:45pm. Guests will enjoy an evening filled with high-energy salsa music, dancing, and community spirit that pays tribute to the rich traditions of Latin culture.

“This event is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of music, heritage, and community that brings people together from across North Jersey and beyond,” said Wesley Rebisz, CSM, Senior General Manager of Westfield Garden State Plaza.  “We are thrilled to welcome an iconic entertainer like Tito Puente, Jr. to Westfield Garden State Plaza and look forward to dancing the night away with our guests.”

The program is free and open to the public, with plenty of opportunity to dance, dine, and celebrate Hispanic heritage. Attendees can also enjoy special food and beverage offerings from Westfield Garden State Plaza restaurants throughout the evening, as well as give-a-ways, limited- time retailer promotions, and a spin wheel.
