NJPAC presents comedian Tacarra Williams

originally published: 07/22/2025

(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents rising comedy star Tacarra Williams on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 7:00pm. Known for her raw honesty, commanding presence, and irresistible warmth, Williams will headline the Victoria Theater with a performance that’s as hilarious as it is empowering.

From the second she takes the mic, Tacarra Williams sets the stage ablaze. A proud New Yorker with a razor-sharp wit, she brings a unique voice to stand-up comedy—fearless, funny, and full of heart. Whether she’s recounting her experiences as a young mom, navigating life after 40, or offering unfiltered takes on modern womanhood, her stories are as relatable as they are laugh-out-loud funny.

Williams has been a crowd favorite at top venues including Carolines on Broadway, The Apollo Theater, The Comedy Store, and The Laugh Factory. Her star continues to rise with hosting credits like The CW’s "Totally Funny Kids", where her natural charisma and quick timing shine for a family audience.

Tickets to see Tacarra Williams are available for purchase online starting Friday, July 25th at 10:00am. Tickets are also available by calling 888. GO.NJPAC (888.466.5722) or by visiting the NJPAC Box Office at 1 Center Street, Newark, New Jersey.
