With a city known for its vibrant cultural diversity and historic roots, this summer's culinary celebration invites residents and visitors alike to explore the world—one dish at a time—without ever leaving New Jersey.
This year’s theme, “Take Your Tastebuds on an Adventure,” highlights Elizabeth’s rich culinary heritage. Participating restaurants will feature prix-fixe menus at three enticing price points: $25, $35, and $50, available during lunch, dinner, or both. From soulful Haitian spices and bold Mexican flavors to savory Portuguese classics and modern fusion creations, every neighborhood in Elizabeth—Midtown, Elmora, The Port, and the Latin District—will serve up unforgettable tastes.
