Middletown Arts Center's May MAC Music Cafe features Gabrielle Lea, Carol Lester, Keith Monacchio, and Mark Healy

(MIDDLETOWN, NJ) -- Middletown Arts Center's monthly music showcase features singer-songwriters  Gabrielle Lea, Carol Lester, Keith Monacchio, and Mark Healy. It takes place Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Admission is free with a $5 suggested donation.

GABRIELLE LEA is an up-and-coming artist from New Jersey. Her unique sound pulls from indie and folk influences, primarily accompanied by a baritone ukulele. Her lyrics aim to create images and tell stories to listeners, and while incredibly personal, they have managed to connect with many.

CAROL LESTER is a Singer Songwriter and Producer in Jazz, Pop, Singer Songwriter, Emotive Ambient, Kiddie, Bossa Holiday, Re Imagined Covers and Social Justice Music. Ms Lester's songs have been sync'd in TV Film & Ads. Carol also Reps Bianchi Musica's exquisite catalogue of String Ensemble, Re Imagined Classical and Pop Re-Imaginations. She's a former Judge in the IMA's Independent Music Awards from her days as VP of MaMaPaLooZa Records.

KEITH MONACCHIO: 2022 marked the 30th year of Keith?s musical journey. Starting in the nineties with The Semibeings (Shimmydisc & C/Z Records) through the 2000?s with The Commons. He embarked on a solo career in 2008 and released his first proper solo album, The Long Evening, in 2010. He followed that up with 2012?s Tips, Drinks and Gas Money ep. His last long player was in 2016 with the release ofThe Dust-UpUnder a Nightlight Sky was a welcome return after a 6-year absence from releasing new music.

Middletown Arts Center is located at 36 Church Street in Middletown, New Jersey (next to the Middletown train station). Free parking is available onsite with additional free parking available in the train station metered lot on weekday evenings after 6:00pm and weekends.

The Middletown Arts Center (MAC) is an award-winning, state-of-the-art facility in Middletown, New Jersey that offers performances, exhibits, classes, demonstrations and camps centering on the arts. Its convenient location across from the Middletown train station on Church Street enables easy access and its expanded MAC Annex Education Building is minutes away next to the Middletown Reformed Church. The MAC is operated by a non-profit 501c3, the Middletown Township Cultural and Arts Council which is dedicated to bringing quality arts programming and events to Middletown and surrounding communities.
