(POINT PLEASANT, NJ) -- Artist Collective Troupe presents Little Women from November 22-23, 2024 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Point Pleasant. Based on Louisa May Alcott's American classic, this Civil War story of love and family stands the test of time.

Based on Louisa May Alcott's life, Little Women follows the adventures of sisters Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy March.  Jo is trying to sell her stories for publication, but the publishers are not interested – her friend, Professor Bhaer, tells her that she has to do better and write more from herself.

Begrudgingly taking this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.  Little Women embodies the complete theatrical experience, guaranteeing a night filled with laughter, tears, and a lifting of the spirit.

The production is directed by Eric Pertgen with Music Direction by Chelsea Carlson.  Chris Morano is the stage manager.

Performances take place Friday, November 22 at 7:30pm; and Saturday, November 23 at 2:00pm & 7:30pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is located at 708 Route 88 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
