(EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- NextGen Acting, in partnership with Playhouse 22, is thrilled to announce the launch of their Fall After School Acting Academy, a specialized program designed to unleash the creative potential in children and teens. The academy offers a range of classes to students aged 7-12 and teens, focusing on modern performing arts like improv, voice over, on-camera acting, and musical theatre. They will hold an Open House on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 6:30pm-7:30pm to show exciting acting and improv classes for kids and teens.
Details on the After School Acting Academy:
The academy will commence its classes this fall at the prestigious Playhouse 22, located at 721 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ. The classes will be segregated by age, with programs for 7-12 year olds on Wednesdays and Saturdays and exclusive teen classes on Monday afternoons.
* Improv Classes: Students enrolled in the Improv Classes will develop their spontaneity and creativity through unscripted performances while learning the value of teamwork. These classes are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00pm-5:00pm, and Saturdays from 10:00am-11:00am.
* NextGen Acting Classes: This class delves into a mix of modern acting and performer skill sets across media platforms, including voice over, on-camera, and musical theatre. These classes are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00pm-6:00pm, and Saturdays from 11:00am-12:00pm.
Open House Details:
Interested parents and children are invited to an Open House at Playhouse 22 on Thursday, September 7, from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
