(NEWTON, NJ) -- The Newton Theatre presents Big Apple Comedy Club 51 on Friday, September 22, 2023 at 8:00pm. The fan-favorite show returns a lineup that includes Carie Karavas, Charles McBee, John Moses, and Joey Vega.
Carie Karavas - A tough, street smart, wisecracking stand-up coming performing in New York and nationally, taking the scene by storm. She has appeared on Comedy Central New Joke City and featured at the Montreal Comedy Festival and more!
Charles McBee - A NYC stand-up comedian who's appeared three times on Gotham Comedy Live. He has appeared & written for several TV shows and has also written for the VMA's, Golden Globes. He is currently the head writer on Comedy Central's Hell of a Week.
John Moses - Delightfully offending audiences for more than 20 years, John Moses has been featured on TV's Gotham Comedy Live, performed top clubs including Gotham Comedy Club and The Comedy Cellar. His three comedy albums are heard regularly on Raw Dog and SiriusXMs Kevin Hart's Laugh Out Loud Radio.
Joey Vega - Joey has opened for Marc Anthony and Chris Rock and has appeared on Comedy Central's “Comic Groove,” A&E's “Comedy On The Road," FOX's “Comic Strip Live,” and more! He has also appeared in several TV shows like Rounders, Punchline, The Sopranos and Law & Order.
Tickets range from $24-$29 and are available for purchase online starting Friday, August 11 at 10:00am.
The Newton Theatre is located at 234 Spring Street in Newton, New Jersey. The historic theatre was founded in 1924.
