"101 Humiliating Stories" Made Vivid Laura Ekstrand is the Producing Artistic Director of Vivid Stage in Summit, New Jersey, as well as its next leading lady. Starring in 101 Humiliating Stories by Lisa Kron, she will headline the first performance of Vivid Stage's Solo Series from April 13-16.
The Growing Stage presents "Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus! The Musical!" (NETCONG, NJ) -- The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey, located in the Historic Palace Theatre in Netcong will present their final mainstage production of the 2022-2023 season, Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus! The Musical! from May 5-21. It is based on the book Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus by Mo Willems, published by Hyperion Books for Children with a script by Mo Willems and Mr. Warburton, lyrics by Mo Willems, music by Deborah Wicks La Puma and dramaturgy by Megan Alrutz. This production is under the direction of Lori B. Lawrence, TGS's Director of Educational Programming with musical direction by Laura Petrie and choreography by Cari Sanchez.

Award-Winning Autism Film to Screen in Princeton (PRINCETON NJ) -- LAC PRODUCTIONS presents the New Jersey premiere of Love and Communication, an award-winning new film about the personal cost of autism, on Tuesday, April 25 at the Princeton Garden Theatre (160 Nassau Street).
