The Visual and Performing Arts Department at Teaneck High School presents "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" (TEANECK, NJ) -- The Visual and Performing Arts Department at Teaneck High School (THS) will present the Broadway musical, You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, at the Helen B. Hill Auditorium at Teaneck High (100 Elizabeth Avenue). The musical has performances Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th at 8:00pm, and Sunday March 26th at 3:00pm. The show is produced by special arrangement with Concord Theatricals.

Speranza Theatre Company Presents Celebrating Women In History: A Conversation About Nellie Bly and Screening of "Votes For Women" Film (JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Speranza Theatre Company presents Celebrating Women in History: A Conversation About Nellie Bly and LIVE film screening of Votes for Women. The film was adapted from a play written by Jennie Contuzzi. Learn about Nellie Bly's connection with Hudson County and discuss how YOU can affect change in your community. Conversations and screening take place on March 18, 2023 at 1:00 pm. This event is free and open to the public with the film having a runtime of 30-minutes, no intermission. Local Museum Celebrates African American Women of the Sourland Region (SKILLMAN, NJ) -- The Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum (SSAAM) was founded by two visionary Black women, Elaine Buck and Beverly Mills, and is led today by a majority-female and African American board. In honor of Women's History Month, SSAAM, central New Jersey's only Black history museum, is excited to announce a special photographic exhibit of historical portraits of women from the Sourland region's Black founding families and their descendants. The exhibit, entitled "African American Women of the Sourlands," will be open to the public on March 25 and 26, 2023.
Monmouth's "My County" poster contest opens to fourth graders (FREEHOLD, NJ) -- Monmouth County Constitutional Officers Surrogate Maureen T. Raisch, Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon, Esq. and Sheriff Shaun Golden are inviting fourth graders throughout the County to showcase what they like best about Monmouth County by designing posters for the "My County" poster contest.

15th Garden of Dreams Talent Show to Take Place at Radio City Music Hall (NEW YORK, NY) -- Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (“MSG Entertainment”) and the Garden of Dreams Foundation are proud to announce that the 15th edition of the annual Garden of Dreams Talent Show will take place at Radio City Music Hall on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 7:00pm. More than 150 young people from the tri-state area, all facing major obstacles, will take the Great Stage at Radio City to showcase a variety of talents. The Garden of Dreams Talent Show is free and open to the public, but tickets must be reserved in advance at gardenofdreamsfdtn.org/talentshow2023.
