"The Ladykillers" enters Final Weekend at Centenary Stage Company
 

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- This is the final weekend of Centenary Stage Company's production of The Ladykillers by Graham Linehan. Final performances are scheduled from March 1–5 in the Sitnik Theatre of the Lackland Performing Arts Center of the Centenary University campus at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ. In the play, A sweet little old lady alone in her house is pitted against a gang of criminal misfits who will stop at nothing.

 



"The Broadway Lecture Series" features Jennifer Holliday, Kerry Butler, Eden Espinosa, and Jelani Remy
 

(POMPTON LAKES, NJ) -- They say "All The World Is A Stage." Well, for Host & Creator Robert Bannon that is true. Robert, a Jersey based performer, came up with "The Broadway Lecture Series" while watching an episode of "Inside The Actor's Studio." Upcoming shows feature Jelani Remy, Jennifer Holliday, Kerry Butler, and Eden Espinosa.

 



The God Box, A Daughter’s Story Fellowship Foundation Author Series Benefiting the Sieminski Theater Fund
 

(BASKING RIDGE, NJ) -- The God Box, A Daughter's Story hosted by Fellowship Foundation took place on Saturday, February 11, 2023 benefiting the Sieminski Theater Fund. The Doobie Brothers to Play Two Shows at State Theatre

Trevor Noah to Perform Two Sets at NJPAC
 

(NEWARK, NJ) -- After the success of an extensive world tour in 2022, comedian Trevor Noah is heading back on the road with his 2023 Off The Record Tour, making a stop at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC). Noah recently announced the new tour, billed "Off the Record," entails 28 stops across the U.S. that will roll through Newark on Tuesday, May 23 and Wednesday, May 24. Both shows begin at 8:00pm.

Visual Arts Center of New Jersey Receives Grant Award from Overlook Foundation for Teen Art Therapy Program
 

(SUMMIT, NJ) -- The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey (VACNJ) has announced it has received a grant award from Overlook Foundation for its teen art therapy program, "Self-Expression Through Art." The program will take place as six separate sessions this spring beginning on March 13. 2023, and will continue with additional sessions in the fall.

 



New Jersey State Council on the Arts Grants Nearly $2 Million to NJ Artists and Announces Funding for Arts Compensation Data Survey
 

(TRENTON, NJ) -- The New Jersey State Council on the Arts held its first public meeting of 2023 on February 28, where nearly $2 million was awarded to 140 New Jersey artists through the Council's Individual Artist Fellowship program.

 



Submit your design in Middlesex County's first-ever Mural Design Contest for Raritan Bay Waterfront Park
 

(SOUTH AMBOY, NJ) -- Middlesex County, in partnership with the Middlesex County Arts Institute, is holding a mural contest that will bring color and life to the Raritan Bay Waterfront Park in South Amboy. Submissions for the contest will be accepted from artists of all ages and skill levels living in Middlesex County, now through March 29. The winning mural design will be announced on April 14 and will be painted on the comfort building at Raritan Bay Waterfront Park.

 



New Montclair State Galleries Partnerships with Bloomberg Philanthropies and Streaming Service Make Art More Accessible

First Part of Annual RVCC Student Art Exhibition Is On Display
