(BORDENTOWN, NJ) -- Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, with lyrics by Tim Rice and music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, will be presented on February 24th at 7:30pm and February 25th at 2:00pm & 7:30pm at the Bordentown Performing Arts Center. This production will be performed by the award-winning theatre students of Bordentown Regional High School. A trio of engaging Narrators tells the magical, musical story of Joseph, whose jealous brothers inadvertently set him on a journey from obscurity to fame and power.
With catchy songs in a variety of styles, this jubilant musical about family, dreams, and an Elvis-inspired Pharaoh will entertain and delight the whole family.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students, and can be purchased in advance at www.seatyourself.biz/brhs. Tickets will also be sold at the door.

Featured in the cast are Bordentown Regional High School students Candace Farrell, Anna Madden, and Atlas Planas-Borgstrom as the Narrators, Jake Sfraga as Joseph and Ryan Kaufman as the Pharaoh and Jacob. Brynn Bowyer, Aidan Bramley, Sal Carr, Rylie Evans, Defnenur Gumus, Raymond Hollopeter, Clayton Hubbard, Olivia McGlone, Olivia Olaff, Adam Pollard, and Luke Williams play the eleven sons of Jacob, and Sika Brenya, Nina Guidotti, Wren Magby, Sarah Mahrous, Brandon Rosenblatt, Jo Russo, Genevieve Schenone, and Samuel Williams are featured as the cousins and members of Egyptian court.
Bordentown Regional High School’s 2012 musical, Legally Blonde, was awarded the prestigious Greater Philadelphia Cappie Award for Outstanding Musical. For more than a decade, the Greater Philadelphia Cappie Awards have honored BRHS Theatre performances with fifty-eight nominations and seventeen awards. The theatrical performances of BRHS have also been honored with awards and nominations from the New Jersey State Thespian Festival and the New Jersey Theatre Night Awards. Bordentown Regional High School is home to International Thespian Society Troupe 6803.
