
(FREEHOLD, NJ) -- The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County presents a piano performance called “Itay Goren in Concert” on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 @ 2:00pm. This concert will include pieces by Beethoven, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Milhaud, and Ravel. This concert is available in-person and on Zoom. Tickets are $15 for members, $18 for non-members.
Itay Goren began studying music at an early age in Israel. He continued his education at William Paterson University in New Jersey. Under the guidance of Elka Kirkpatric, he graduated with degrees in both classical and jazz performance. He received many honors and awards from the University. After graduation, he joined the faculty at Ramapo College. He continued to teach there. He has performed in Europe and Asia.

The Jewish Heritage Museum is located in the Mounts Corner Shopping Center, at 310 Mounts Corner Drive, Freehold, NJ, at the corner of Route 537 and Wemrock Road (between the CentraState Medical Center and Freehold Raceway Mall). It is on the second floor of the historic Levi Solomon Barn. The Museum’s Board of Trustees denounces racism and all forms of violence against any group, ethnicity, or race, and stands in support of any targeted community.
The JHMOMC is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Now open to visitors by appointment, the Museum is handicapped and assistive-listening accessible. Masks and vaccinations are required.
