(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Filmmakers ages 14-25 are invited to submit short films for consideration for screening at the 2022 Princeton Student Film Festival. Entries should be no more than 20 minutes long and must be submitted by June 17. There is no fee to enter.
Launched in 2003, the Princeton Student Film Festival provides an opportunity for young filmmakers to screen their works to a broad audience and receive feedback. Selected films include a variety of genres and styles and are intended for a teen and adult audience.
Films selected as part of the festival will be shown in the library’s Community Room on Aug. 3 and streamed on the Eventive platform for a limited time on dates to be determined. Filmmakers whose works have been selected will be notified in early July.
All entries must be submitted by completing the entry form available at princetonlibrary.org/psff. Digital downloads of selected films will be required.
The Princeton Student Film Festival is sponsored by the Princeton Public Library. The mission of the festival is to encourage and support the work of youth filmmakers (ages 14-25) in a range of genres and styles, with the opportunity and a venue for the filmmakers to show their work to a broad audience. The Princeton Student Film Festival returns August 3, 2022.
