Brookdale Community College Is Building a Center of Excellence for Cybersecurity


(LINCROFT, NJ) -- Brookdale is a leader in cybersecurity education and well-positioned to establish a Center of Excellence for Cybersecurity Education. They recently received the County College Career and Technical Education Program Expansion Grant for $1,937,711 from the state of New Jersey with a $645,903 College match to build a 2.5- million-dollar project that will enable the College to expand its cybersecurity and related technical education offerings and programs.

Ragtag Theatre Company presents "Rapunzel" at Zlock PAC on November 6th

(NEWTOWN, PA) -- The ZLOCK Performing Arts Center (Zlock PAC) presents the award-winning family production of Ragtag Theatre’s Rapunzel on November 6th at 3:30pm as part of Bucks Live! Cultural Events. Winner of the Best Performing Arts Company (KidsPass Parent’s Choice Award) and Best Family Show in New York City (Off-Broadway Alliance), Ragtag Theatre Company is back on tour with the show that started it all - Rapunzel.


Princeton Makes Artist Cooperative to Host Fall Art Party on Saturday

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- Princeton Makes, a new Princeton-based artist cooperative, will host its Fall Art Party on Saturday, October 30 from 12:00 to 4:00pm at its artist studios and art market in the Princeton Shopping Center.  


Robby Steinhardt's Solo Album "Not in Kansas Anymore" Is Released

You know ​​​​​​​Robby Steinhardt as the legendary violinist, vocalist and frontman for the band KANSAS, recording 9 albums which reached gold, platinum and double platinum status, and is now making another mark on the world with his first and only solo album. Robby Steinhardt and Solar Studios have released Robby's first and only solo recording, Not in Kansas Anymore.  


NJPAC Presents Ron White: Catch the Tater

(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) Presents Ron White: Catch the Tater on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 8:00pm. Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White is a classic storyteller; relaying tales from his real life ranging from growing up in a small town in Texas, to sharing stories of his daily life, to becoming one of the most successful comedians in America.


P.K. Subban and Yasmin De Jesus Collaborate on “Stronger Together” Mural in Newark, NJ

(NEWARK, NJ) -- On October 22, 2021, Newark Arts, Red Bull, and the City of Newark announced the completion of "Stronger Together," a multi-facade mural project by Newark artist, Yasmin De Jesus, and defenseman for the New Jersey Devils and Red Bull Athlete, P.K. Subban. The murals wrap the front entrance of the Sharpe James Kenneth A. Gibson Recreation & Aquatic Center.


Centenary University’s Theatre Honor Society presents Halloween Cabaret On Saturday

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) --  Join Centenary University’s APO Theatre Honor Society Saturday, October 30 as they present their Halloween Spooktacular Cabaret on the front lawn of Centenary University on at 2:00pm at 400 Jefferson Street in Hackettstown. This event is free to attend with donations welcome. In addition, APO will be collecting canned food for a food drive to benefit the community.


Studio Montclair presents "Absolute Abstraction"

(MONTCLAIR, NJ) --  Studio Montclair presents “Absolute Abstraction” on exhibit from October 29 through November 30 at Studio Montclair Gallery in Montclair.  The exhibit, featuring the artwork of 49 artists, embraces non-representational art as a way for artists to express themselves—and viewers to respond--without the kind of public “agenda” that has been jockeying for position in nearly every aspect of our lives in recent years.


RVCC, Montreal Holocaust Museum to Co-host Virtual International Kristallnacht Commemoration

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) --The Raritan Valley Community College Institute of Holocaust of Genocide Studies and the Montreal Holocaust Museum will co-host a virtual International Kristallnacht Commemoration, November 10 from 10:00am-11:30am. Kristallnacht, the “Night of Broken Glass,” is the name given to the violent attacks against the businesses, places of worship, and homes of Jews throughout Germany and in the annexed countries, including Austria and Sudetenland, on November 9-10, 1938. The violence was implemented by the Nazi leaders.


MPAC Presents "Friends: The Musical Parody" on November 9th

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Come spend some time with your friends at Mayo Performing Arts Center when it presents Friends! The Musical Parody on Tuesday, November 9 at 7:30pm. This is the comedic musical that lovingly pokes fun at TV’s Friends, celebrating the adventures of your favorite group of 20-something friends as they navigate the pitfalls of work, life and love in 1990s Manhattan. Tickets range from $29-$59.
