Squeeze To Tour With Local Shows In Philly and Holmdel In August

(HOLMDEL, NJ) --  Legendary and eternally hipster U.K. band Squeeze are set to begin the U.S. leg of  their 24-date Nomadband tour on August 1st . The group’s headlining schedule will be interspersed with 18 support dates for Daryl Hall & John Oates and will continue throughout the summer into early fall 2021. They will support Hall & Oates with local shows August 7th in Philadelphia (The Mann Center) and August 13 in Holmdel (PNC Bank Arts Center).


Tobin Sprout (Original GBV Guitarist) To Perform at The Saint on August 13th

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Todd-O-Phonic and The Saint present Tobin Sprout on Friday, August 13th. Painter, illustrator, author, songwriter and original Guided By Voices guitarist Tobin Sprout will perform songs from his critically-acclaimed album "Empty Horses," solo piano, acoustic guitar, joined by his band - Tommy Schichtel, Steve Vermillion Gary Vermillion. Opening will be The Natvral.  Doors are at 7:00pm.



NJPAC Presents One Night of Queen On August 18

(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) Presents One Night of Queen Performed by Gary Mullen & The Works on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 8:00pm. This spectacular performance recreates the look, sound, pomp and pageantry of Queen in concert—starring the incomparable Gary Mullen as Freddie Mercury.



NJSO to Perform Free Outdoor Concert at Ocean County College on August 18th

(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Ocean County College will host the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra when it performs a free outdoor concert on campus, August 18 at 7:30pm, with José Luis Domínguez at the podium. The orchestra has appeared on OCC’s campus twice before, each time drawing rave reviews for its moving performances.



WE LOVE NYC: The Homecoming Concert To Take Place August 21st In Central Park

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Mayor Bill de Blasio, music industry legend Clive Davis, and Live Nation and NYCEDC chair Danny Meyer have announced the all-star lineup set to perform at the WE LOVE NYC: The Homecoming Concert produced by New York City, Clive Davis and Live Nation on the Great Lawn in Central Park on Saturday, August 21.  



Eagles To Play Shows At Madison Square Garden In August

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Eagles – Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit, with Deacon Frey and Vince Gill - will perform two nights at Madison Square Garden.  The "Hotel California" 2021 tour comes to MSG on August 22 and August 24. Commemorating their 1976 album, the concerts will feature a “Hotel California” set accompanied by an orchestra and choir, followed by an additional set of the band’s greatest hits.



Alanis Morissette, Garbage and Liz Phair To Play Shows In Camden & Holmdel

Seven-time GRAMMY(R) Award-winning singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette will celebrate 25 years of Jagged Little Pill with a 2021-2022 world tour kicks off August 12, 2021 in Austin, TX.  The tour comes to BB&T Pavilion in Camden on August 26 and the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel on September 1st. On this special anniversary tour, Alanis will perform her iconic album Jagged Little Pill in its entirety, as well as a variety of hits including tracks from her latest album, Such Pretty Forks in the Road. Alanis will be joined by Garbage and Liz Phair.



Newton Theatre Presents Pirate Flag - Kenny Chesney Tribute Band On August 27

(NEWTON, NJ) -- Get ready No Shoes Nation fans! Pirate Flag, the premiere Kenny Chesney tribute band is coming to The Newton Theatre on Friday, August 27th at 8:00pm. The six accomplished musicians of Pirate Flag pay tribute to Kenny Chesney’s music, performing his music from the original recordings. Pirate Flag recreates Kenny’s concerts, playing all of his hits you know and love.



The Music of Linda Ronstadt To Be Celebrated At Brook Arts Center On September 4th

(FRANKLINVILLE, NJ) -- Linda Ronstadt's remarkable singing career spanned over four decades, transitioning seamlessly from country to rock, pop, jazz, standards, Broadway, Mariachi and even Cajun stylings. All along the way, she racked up multiple Grammys, a Kennedy Center Lifetime Achievement Award, and an award-winning film documentary, until a rare form of Parkinson's Disease silenced her golden voice in 2009.  



Hopewell Theater To Reopen With Danielia Cotton On September 10th

(HOPEWELL, NJ) -- After a year and a half pandemic shutdown, Hopewell Theater is reopening its doors on Friday, September 10 at 8:00pm - the date of the Theater’s four-year anniversary - with a grand reopening show featuring international recording artist and Jersey native Danielia Cotton.
