Monmouth County Park System to Host The Creative Arts Center Exhibit & Sale

(LINCROFT, NJ) -- The Monmouth County Park System will host The Creative Arts Center Exhibit & Sale from Saturday, December 2 to Friday, December 8, 2023 at the Thompson Park Creative Arts Center, 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft. Hours are 11:00am to 4:00pm each day.



"Trinity's Triumph" Movie, Written by NJ Priest, Debuts on Streaming Services

The feature-length film Trinity's Triumph is now available to stream online. Unique to the film is that it was written by a Catholic priest, Father Stephen Fichter and though it is fiction reflects his experiences through engaging characters. It is the story of three young men who enter the seminary guided by the wise and lovable mentor, Monsignor Heck (played by Joe Morton of Scandal). What begins as a single mission becomes divided, and each seminarian must decide what God is asking of them. They struggle individually and must be true to their calling with the help of Monsignor Heck's influence.



"Maid" Creator Stephanie Land to Appear in Ocean County Library's Virtual Author Talk Series

"I was lucky enough to make a record with Val Garay and he is a great producer who has been around L.A. since the early days going way back to The Beatles and all the years with James Taylor and Linda Ronstadt," states musician and songwriter Kelly Deco as he discussed his latest release "Constellation" and his relationship with its producer Val Garay.  "They had a great sound that he was able to make with his team of players; as a matter of fact, they have a documentary out about that group of people called "The Immediate Family" and it talks about the records that they've worked on and a lot of them were with Val."

The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center

(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.

The canopy of foliage that hangs over the streetcorners feels saturated with moisture. Even the shadows on the sidewalk are puddle blue. Businesses have their umbrellas open.
