There was something special about raising my children where I grew up and surrounding them with my parents and family. After four years in New Jersey, I reacquainted with a school friend, who had always had a crush on me. We were married in 1993. Finally I was back home!

"Yes, November 1," began violinist Ginny Luke as she discussed her new solo vocal album, "Devil At My Heels." "I did my first single at 14 years old, a girl group, two albums at 15 and 17 years old and then I played on a bunch of other artists' records from age 17 on and that takes a lot of time to work with other artists, fulfill their visions and record their music. Then I put my own EP out at age 21 and then continued putting singles out and as you probably know, we're in a singles driven market. So, for the last six years, I just kept putting singles out and working with major artists and now, finally, the time has come for my own album and I'm really excited. I think it was just the timing and the label schedule after the pandemic."
